Dunedin Challenge Meet

Well done to everyone at the weekend on some excellent performances. I was very pleased to see the way that many of you raced despite being quite early in the season.

 

Just remember that hard work got these results and training harder is the only way to improve again.

Please note that all Senior and Junior squads will be taking one month out of the pool. Please see the list below for final session and re-start dates.

Changes to Sunday training

Important Notice

Due to shortages with our coaching staff I have been forced to cancel all Sunday training for the Development squad until further notice. This takes effect as of Sunday 28^th May 2006.

The Junior squad swimmers will now join my swimmers at Bowhill from 10am until 12 noon from Sunday 11^th June. All Junior squad swimmers are invited to attend training at the National Swim Academy this Sunday, 28^th May from 7am until 9am.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.

Please note that Monday night training at Lochgelly High School and Balwearie high School is not on due to the community centres being closed for Bank Holiday Monday, 1^st May.

My swimmers should note that the planned long course training on Sunday 23^rd April at the National Swim Academy in Stirling has been cancelled by Scottish Swimming due to a National Squad training day.
